1. Who we are
Perchbot is operated by Perchbot, Inc. (“we”, “us”). By using Perchbot, you agree to these Terms.
2. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for everything that happens under your account. One account per person.
3. Billing
Perchbot is billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Your 14-day free trial ends automatically unless cancelled. Cancel anytime — access continues through the end of your paid period.
4. Acceptable use
Don't use Perchbot to harass, deceive, or mislead your customers. Don't use it for anything illegal. Don't try to reverse-engineer the service.
5. AI disclaimer
Perchbot uses AI to generate responses based on your website content. While we work hard to make it accurate, AI-generated responses may occasionally be wrong. You are responsible for reviewing and correcting any mistakes — just like you would with a human front-desk employee.
6. Liability
Perchbot is provided “as is”. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms occasionally. We'll email you if we make a meaningful change.
