1. Information we collect
When you sign up for Perchbot, we collect your name, email address, and business details. When visitors interact with your widget, we process their messages and any contact information they voluntarily provide.
2. How we use your data
We use your data to deliver the Perchbot service: training the AI receptionist on your website content, routing notifications to you, and storing conversation history for your dashboard.
3. AI processing
Conversation content is processed by third-party large language model providers (including Anthropic) to generate responses. These providers do not train their models on your data.
4. Subprocessors
We use the following subprocessors to deliver the service: Anthropic (AI), Twilio (SMS + voice), Stripe (billing), Resend (transactional email), and a managed PostgreSQL database provider.
5. Data retention
Conversation history is kept for the life of your account. You can export or delete data from your dashboard at any time. Cancelled accounts are retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.
6. Your rights
You can access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time. Email privacy@perchbot.com for any data request.
